WebGed, a document management app, came to us needing a UI/UX assessment. Their app was working well, but customers were complaining about their search feature, saying they’re having trouble finding parts of their documents. The app had a few errors, and was a bit too hard to use.

After we carefully assessed their app and offered some tips, the clients decided to hire us to redesign the entire app. In terms of aesthetics, we catered to their branding identity and made it look more original, as well as professional, as they work with lots of law firms. In terms of functionality, we fixed their advanced search engine so it’s more intuitive, and we turned their file viewing system into a familiar file explorer format.
