Meeting Rooms is a facility management app that helps building and office managers easily manage rooms, equipment, and maintenance tasks in one place. It combines room booking, incident tracking, inventory management, and technician coordination into a single platform. 

 

Managers can view rooms in map, calendar, or table format, monitor activity in real time, and generate reports, while technicians use a mobile app to get updates on incidents, directions, and record their work. Meeting Rooms improves efficiency, reduces downtime, and makes managing buildings simpler and more organized.
