Send and manage car service requests, follow-up with leads and onboard users through a wizard like script for call center workers.
This American client came to us needing a tool that would help car shops keep track of service requests, as well as input them during calls with potential customers. So we built a handy, user-friendly wizard that follows the car shop’s standard phone call script and takes customers through a series of key questions regarding the car itself and what’s wrong with it.
This system allows the user to track all key data about the customers and their cars and schedule pick ups or give recommendations. Once the service requests have been added into the system, users can track them in a lead-tracking system. They can see lead statuses, if they need to follow up with any customer, or take actions such as sending messages or scheduling appointments to the shop.
