Project story

We built Customer Talk in order to help companies register and solve the complaints submitted by their clients.

The platform includes a system where complaints can be added and commented by the employees.

After the issue is solved, the entry will be marked as closed and archived. Also, Customer Talk includes a series of insightful reports.

Technologies and architecture

We built Customer Talk on a LAMP server, using PHP and MySQL on the backend and HTML5 on the front-end, along with rapid-development libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, Modernizr and following best practices in collections like HTML5 Boilerplate, featuring CSS3 animations and modern techniques.

Main activities and responsibilities

Project planning & management, UI design, database design, programming (frontend + backend), testing, deployment.
